    Ah, Bren, we have gone soft.....skip ClubClass, and get the Abacus out -

    6+1 always equals 8......Vee Eight......and that as the Ed in Chief will always tell you equals 29.4 mpg ( that's 29.4 statute miles to the Imperial gallon, God bless 'em!)

      Bit cryptic for me Bren so I will keep it simple like myself.  I will just bring plenty of juice money for self and car. 

      Hopefully we might get a concession from Irish ferries.

    I'm up for it Niall but probably out Friday back Sunday night/Monday morning.

      This might help you decide if there is no concession on Ferry Fare - Swifty out and Slow boat back - €497 includes Club Class for both TRips

      Shepton Mallet is 5hr 27min driving down thru Wales - 243 miles, so 2 and a bit tanks of juice (depending on what you are driving) for down and back.
