Great photos , stand display was excellent, especially the 6s . Congrats to you all for a superb TCOC turnout , sorry I missed it . You got a lovely day for it too . Myself and Adrienne were ticking off a bucket list item by going to Wimbledon for the tennis , unfortunately it clashed but had to be done . Roll on the IWE.
Great day in great company. Thanks to all members who attended and made for a memorable occasion. Special thanks to the caterers Trish, Chris, Derek and Ange, stand builders ( numerous members) and car dressers ( Derek and Co.) First Class craic on a beautiful day today!
What a wonderful weekend we have had. Starting off with Saturday set up of Terenure, plenty of willing volunteers, great craic and of course no set up would be complete without Muireann's ice creams. Arrived this morning at 8am with Cecil to find pat already waiting for his blow out breakfast. A huge thanks to Chris and Trish, Derek and Angela and Cecil who also helped with the cooking for providing food and drink all day from thoss little gas stoves. Then it comes to a fantastic display of members cars all turned out in beautiful condition.
Sorry Les but furthest travelled this goes to Roy who made it in his Tr6 from north Donegal, which just two years ago was under 3feet of water and which resulted in all running gear having to be rebuilt. Well done Roy.
We missed Detta this year who is facing her own health battle. Give em hell Detta we are all rooting for you. Roy please pass on our best wishes to Detta.
Thanks again to all who helped make it a wonderful weekend and probably the best Terenure so far.
Thanks to my fellow TCOC members for another wonderful day, the weather did facilitate . We get to do it all again Moynalty without the pomp.(Joe is organizing it). Gr8 day, tnx
