Bought this issue of IVS today - catching up on some of the events I missed cos I was touring in the UK for a good bit of August e.g. missed Kilkenny Show - again. On the plus side pg 37 has report on Malahide show and Gerry Leigh and Dave O'Neill get a mention with photos of the MG/Mini?Triumph Vitesse and Opel GT respectively, and on p46 a report on Innishannon show has a photo of a red stag Z V8 847 (is this Les's Stag) - probably the best feature in the IVS is the Diary Dates pages 20 - 22 indicating what shows are on for August to December, so on next Sunday 15th Sept - East Coast Classics car show in the Bridgewater Shopping Centre Arklow from 11 to 5 - entry €10 per car, (for the Mini enthusiasts on the same day in Collon Co Louth there is Mini Magic at white River Park again €10 entry)
The following Sunday 22nd Sept - Show at the National Show Centre Swords - classics are free
Satuday 28th - Kilbroney
and if you dont want to go to Kilbroney - Bray Vintage Car Club have a run on Saturday 28th, and the Show on Sunday 29th and we have our monthly meeting on the same day
