I am proposing a run; because it's Saturday afternoon best meet in the car park of the Museum at 1:45 pm - details of how to get there https://www.nationaltransportmuseum.ie/ after the Museum visit a few options 1. Down to Howth and mingle with millions of tourists after you find a safe place to park. 2. Drive further up the avenue from the castle to the Deerpark Hotel for tea/coffee and biccies. 3. Drive out of Castle grounds down through village and up to the Summit Inn for refreshments and 4. If you think you've had enough GO HOME.

This event was set up as per minutes of September Meeting, I followed protocol of advertising on the Website and also using a new function I discovered on WhatsApp which involved a Yes/No response and if you are interested in a popularity score I can reveal the result as Website 1 v. WhatsApp 13, let me explain the WhatsApp demanded a response to 1 Yes I will attend or 2 No I cannot make it, and the breakdown was 11 No and 2 for Yes but on the day only 1 showed up - I'll let you draw your own conclusions. Howth Demense has been sold after circa 900 years in the hands of the Gaisford St Lawrence Family although Michael Kelleher curator of the museum has assured me the property developer does not intend to 'close the doors' on this little gem !
