Apologies for late notice, assigned this Sunday.
I have made contact with Bill Sheehan the event manager.
I am proposing to drive down Saturday 18 May and stay overnight, leave the car at the venue and then get back to digs. I have been assured that the site will have security from midday Saturday.
It looks like there might be accommodation in Mitchelstown.
Eitherway, if you are intending to go to this event please let me know by Sunday at the latest in order that I can check out accommodation.
Thanks

Ah, Niall, it's you I have to thank for the state of poor old Dan, in a complete Jock on Tuesday morning, still comin down( no, I didn't give him a beer for breakfast - really great heartfelt song)....... You obviously have better persuasive Powers( !) as normally the Lad is " all set" as the rest slip off the edge with pink guns and single malt whiskey......
glad ye had a great time, the weather and scenery spectacular, jealous.
I note Colin topless, whilst FZX has her webasto all buttoned up.
i did hear a rumour you were a wild fella in your youth, looking at your launch pad, I'm inclined to believe all the rumours!
I agree, they make very pretty bed fellows - no, the Sixes, not the chaps!
Just to let you know this photo will feature (albeit with a different background) at Malvern in a few weeks time - watch this space !!!!
Here's another photo from the Fermoy road trip i really like. It's titled "Trust"😀. Artistic credit to Colin O'Carroll, the photo is Dan Riordan and I standing on an old diving perch from my youth and I'm (i think) very reasonably explaining to my buddy that it'll be absolutely brilliant if he dives. Dan is a sceptical, go figure🤔
to the car show. Background Lismoe Castle.

Few photos from the trip to Cork. The show was rubbish unfortunately but the weekend was great, superb company and great driving roads for the TR6s which were faultless and drew much admiration wherever they went, both those colours really popped in the bright sunlight. They never missed a beat which is more than can be said for the 2 year old sweeper car we brought to clear the stages for the 6s! The two 50 year old cars stormed home, the 2 year old Hyundai stayed for what could be a long long weekend🤢🤣🤣.
But best of all, turns out there is a better show down there every year, runs on next weekend, consists of a run, music, food and then next day a static show at a great pub!
This photo is called Sunday Morning Comin Down., (69, Kris Kristofferson)🤣🤣🤣
