Hi Folks
As I am working on 11th July, I have an idea for a run on the 18th instead. Howz about meeting at the Spawell, heaing south through Baltinglass and Bunclody (where those who live on the East coast can meet up with us) and head for the Irish Heritage park in Wexford? Approx 2 hr drive.
I know quite a few people are going to be away, so if a shorter run suits, maybe meet up for brekkie at a point that suits everybody, and head for Kilmacurragh Gardens in Wicklow?

Sounds great Tony- count me in for Breakfast see you tomorrow !
Applegreen sounds fine See you there!
OK with that Pat seeing that I'm on Scenario 2 - passenger with PiBren as TR is behind schedule on completion
Update on Brekkie
Mount Usher are only offering a bakery/pasTRy menu until further notice. I don't think the TRoops would be best pleased to have to miss out on our TRaditional brekkie fare. Therefore for a variety of reasons, I suggest the Applegreen at Coynes Cross near Ashford ( close to Mount Usher as Tony's TRip was to begin in Ashford anyway.
Applegree have outdoor benches which will work perfectly. Grab you Grub inside and we gather at the benches. If we get there for 9.30 there should be plenty of space. I'll be there from early to hold two benches if necessary.
If anybody has a different/ better suggestion, speak up
Thanks
Sounds good Pat 👍
Good call Tony - shitty weather today and would not have been a nice TRip hopefully next Sunday is a better one weather wise. I hope to be on next Sundays run (but I see I missed the deadline for numbers on the brekkie list) Scenario 1 - 6 is nicely painted and fully functional for road use. Scenario 2 - as I'm fully vaccinated and presumably pose no COVID risk to anyone I would 'cadging a lift' with a willing member
Current state of affairs of Chairman's TR
Sills and Panel Repairs done
Rust treatment pre primer
Paint arrived on Friday
As Declan (O'Flaherty) is a true perfectionist car might be ready by Thursday - so if not ready for 18th it will be definitely ready for 25th Monthly Meeting
I'm up for that Tony, thanks!
Karen and myself. Afterwards we can take a spin via Annamoe, Laragh, and Rathdrum to Kilmacurragh if so desired.
Great Kevin
