New Proposals for 2022 TCOC Club Magazine
proposed that for 2022 we continue with the Herald and produce a trial copy of the E-Zine. There is one Herald to be printed from last year and a further three future editions to avail of a reduced production fee.
If this proposal is not accepted by members, we shall proceed to a vote based on the last ballot held in February. The proposed wording for both ballot options is printed below:
TCOC HERALD VOTE 2
OPTION A: To Cease production of the Herald magazine in its current hardcopy format and instead, introduce a Quarterly Ezine online version of the Herald. Any Volunteer/s for Ezine editor must be elected to such position by members present, via private Ballot. Membership fees will be reduced to 35 Euro per annum in this scenario.
Option B: Keep the current hardcopy version of the Herald magazine at 3 copies per annum and keep membership fees at 50 euro per year. This publication is run by the current Editor in chief of the Herald, Pat Stevenson. Pat Will continue in the above role in the event this option receives a majority vote.
