Hello all - and thanks to Stephen and Paddy for processing my membership. Ruraidh O'Reilly here, from west Wicklow and now living in Dublin city centre.
Here's my 1972 GT6 Mk3 - I bought it in the UK five years ago; photo here is from the auction catalogue and it's now ZV 12112. My dad had Vitesses and a Spitfire, so the inevitable happened. It was originally magenta, but someone before me had the wisdom and foresight to redo it in racing green and put on these wonderful gold dancing boots. The amount of attention it gets when driving around town is incredible.
This year it'll need an overdrive solenoid replacement (absolute pain to access one of the mounting screws if you've ever had the displeasure), front shocks, and a general checkover soon enough - so if anyone can recommend someone close-ish to Dublin then I'd be very grateful.
