May I suggest that, in order to maximise the benefits of our monthly meetings for all members attending, an official agenda/ issues for discussion be published in advance through an agreed channel of communication.
In addition, consideration might be given to permit members to submit specific issues to be included on each monthly agenda.
i believe it is prudent that, in these uncertain and changed times, the Club needs reflection, review and clear focus as we face the challenging years ahead and any resulting negative impacts that may threaten our hobby.
Thanks

Not looking for a debate on the forum at all. It’s a straight yes or no! What I’m suggesting is a focused itemised agenda as opposed to a set format of headings. Issuing in advance affords members time to think through issues and have a considered contribution prepared for the meeting. Times are utterly changed and we as a Club need to maximise on the opportunities we’re given whenever we meet to keep the TCOC the great Club it is! Apart from our events activities, the monthly meetings, for as long as we’re allowed to hold them should be utilised to the fullest to keep the Club on TRack.
This is merely a suggestion on my part and I don’t expect members to either agree or disagree with me. Just a thought I’ve had for some time!
As at all out club meetings, there is always a opens section where anyone can bring up any topic for discussion. If there are any shy members, trying to think of one, they can talk to any committee member before hand to have topic raised. Don't know if entering into debate on forum is the correct method. May I suggest this topic be brought up at the next meeting. Issuing agenda before meeting is no issue as the meeting go through the same route each meeting, Welcome, Announcements, Any topics raised, Runs, opens.
Pat, Dream on
Can a response to this post be expected in advance of next meeting?
