As announced at the meeting today, the members up for member of the year are,
Alan Whelan - For works for the club in dealing with Raw Marketing and the Chrome show. Without Alan expert guidance and diligent work the club would not have got the fund promised to it by Raw which allowed us to donate €1700 to charity this year.
Tony Keogh - For contributions to the Hearld, where he manages to combine the technical and entertaining. Also, for his knowledge of all things Triumph and he willingness to share it with other members.
Paddy Duffy – For work for the club beyond his chairman’s role. This include, extensive help for new members with restoration of the cars. Also going beyond to help existing members in their moment of need.

I would like to congratulate our Paddy, our Chairman( probably the best ever.......) for the award of MOY 2024 - very very well deserved, he certainly goes well beyond his mandated duties ( mind, sanding the Fcuk out of a Lotus a little beyond the job description of the Chairman of a TRiumph Club, despite its TRiumph front TRunnions); however there is no doubt we have a worthy winner - well done, sir, And you signed up for another two years!
