  • Checked weather forecast - rain to finish around 9 am, not so on the northside so left the hood up and off I went to get money and petrol for my foray over the Southside, was to leave at 8:30 that crept out to 8:40 then other obstacles like guy in garage asking about 'age of car' didn't go the M50 so 101 traffic lights interfered with what should have been a 33 minute journey, no matter didn't miss the meeting which was short and to the point - biggest bombshell (for me) Cecil is resigning as Club Treasurer, but thankfully for the club Derek Keogh is taking on his responsibilities for the moment. Then off to the show which was €15 entrance and the only freebies were bikkies with you tea/coffee for €2.

So here's a few "pickie wickies" - and judge for yourself

this is a case of 'sacrilage' - Frank did a beautiful job on a spitfire years ago which he sold - but you have to admit he did a good job on this 'car' too bad enough using this photo but to type MG - aaaaargh !!

    A Mark I Cooper S - extensive rally history - would you pay €40,000 for this ?

A good selection of cars and the showery weather probably kept a lot more a home as there was loads of space, last car in was an Austin Healy at around 3 pm - we had been there since 10:15

  • Did we loose someone on the way🤔

  • Nice to see you all again. Not a bad show... ham sandwiches were lovely... but did anybody notice... not one Morris Minor!
