January 30th 2022 TCOC Club Meeting

Hi All

Happy New Year and hopefully things improve for us all in 2022

As usual those meeting for breakfast gather at Murrays Inn around 9.30am/ 9.45am

The Club meeting will commence at 11am and usually takes about an hour 

The agenda is as follows:

• Minutes of previous meeting (Oct 31^st) to be read and agreed
• Any matters arising from previous meeting
• Events – New years eve run to poolbeg / Chris Trish Tech Morning and run to cars n coffee in Gorey on Monday 3^rd Jan
• Survey results of previous members no longer in TCOC - Luke sent out email to survey previous members to determine if they will re join / why they left. 2 said they will probably re-join. Others left as they are no longer Triumph car owners. None said they left because of the €50 subs cost
• Proposal for New additional subs. Additional family/ partner memberships for those under 18years, subs = €5 and for those over 18/ students = €10.
• The Herald (Pat update on latest issue and reminder of voting for Heralds future will be at the AGM)
• The AGM – Feb 27^th at 11am at Murrays Inn. Reminder to pay subs for attendance on Friday Feb 18th is the last day for receipt of nominations for Club Committee/ sub committee positions   

  Voting at the AGM will be by private ballot box – Alan to provide voting slips, box, pens. Subs must be fully paid up beforehand to attend. Admission is not allowed unless subs are fully paid up.

• Muireann to get new MOY name engraved onto the MOY trophy for Feb AGM (27^th Feb)

• Nominations for Committee positions to be returned to [e-mail]  by Friday Feb 18th

Hi all just to let you know that the minutes of this Jan 30th meeting are now up on the TCOC Website in the files section under the main menu.  Also note that the minutes of the Oct 31st. Club meeting have been amended as requested by a member at the Jan meeting and are now up as Rev A.

Yes niall the names will be posted on the tcoc website a couple of days after the 18th deadline. This was stated at yesterdays meeting

Hi Al do all Committee Nominations have to be in by the 18th or can one also Nominate on the Day of AGM.

If they have to be in by the 18th are only the Committee privy to the proposed nominations up until the AGM or will you be releasing the Nominated Names sometime beforehand, Cheers.

Thanks to all for the great attendance participation and paid up memberships today.  And of course to Luke's spares and repairs to teds petrol pump in the car park after the meeting. All went well and ted n spit arrived home safe. It's a great club when the help is given so easily with good banter.  Here's to a good 2022 for the TCOC
