I know this show is popular with Club members but I feel the cost of attending are becoming prohitive - flights normally reasonable value( ta Micheal), hotels are expensive especially if one stays at the airport or whilst staying at the Coach Hotel(£50/head), Coleshill is good value, ditto the Carling, but the amount consumed of the latter tips the value to expensive.......But the entrance fee only goes one way, it's £58 for Sat/Sun; I received a flyer from the organisers offering a discount for the price, nice says I, yes, £2.........If they want people to attend then they need to be reducing the fee. They gonna "Cook the Gooses" if you get my drift.....
spoke to Alasdair Flack at the Resto Show - he most likely not attending as the cost of his pitch has risen dramatically, not viable.
just a thought.......pibren

When the flights are cheaper than the entrance fee then one has to question going; and the hotel on top - I believe airport hotels gone crazy on price.
