Okay folks, here are the details for the chrome show on sunday 2nd july. **there is a fair bit in this message and some photo attachments so please read carefully and familiarise yourself with the maps of the show ground**
1.ARRIVAL DETAILS: access the showground by taking exit 15 from the M50 leading directly to the site via ENTRANCE B. You will be guided to your designated club stand - please see attached site/event maps denoting where your club stand is positioned and also, entry and exit points
2. EVENT ENTRY TIME: the gates open at 8am sunday 2nd july for display vehicles and stand set up. All display vehicles must be on their stands before 10am. At a recent club meeting, Alan Quinn was volunteered to design the club stand. He has drawn up a stand layout which involves the setting up of vehicles in groups according to model type. Please be aware of this on the day. Spacing the cars can be a bit messy so we would kindly ask folks to remain patient until a club volunteer can guide you into your allocated space. I will be on site at 8am as will some other club volunteers. We would kindly request that all members displaying cars arrive earlier rather than later. This will lead to a far less stressfull, and more enjoyable experience for all.
3. START OF SHOW: gates officially open to the public at 11am. Judging will begin at 11am and trophies awarded to winners at 3pm.

Ps. In terms of food,
it's now a case of every man and woman for themselves🤓. If somebody really has the urge to make a tray of sambos then great but no pressure at all!. Loads of onsite catering too so plenty of choice.
