***CHRISTMAS PARTY 2023***

Hi All,

Due to the overwhelming support for the idea of having an overnighter christmas party this year, It was decided we would contact the Hotel in Curracloe, Wexford to check availabilty. Late last year, it was the destination for the Annual Poker run and it was a huge success and great banter. I was passing the hotel on Saturday and dropped in for a chat with the manager. As per our last club meeting, Saturday 2nd Dec 2023 was the date settled on for the party. The manager has provisionally booked the club in for this date and commited to holding 10 double rooms, 8 twin rooms, and 2 single rooms. Understandably, he can only hold these for so long. The 20th march 2023 is the cut off date for booking in under the club rate so book early as it really will be a first come first served situation. I'm sure it will still be possible to get a room if you book after this date but it cannot be guaranteed. 

If you wish to attend, I would advise putting your name(s) below and booking directly with the hotel. Ask for JP and mention you are booking in for the TCOC christmas party on Dec 2nd. Rates are as follows:

Double Room: 120Euro total per night.

Twin Room: 80Euro total per night.

Single Room: 80Euro total per night.

3 Course meal available for 28Euro per person. *Please also mention below if you want to have the meal so i can give him numbers*

      The local pigeon club actually have a function room booked😃 we get the restaraunt, the bar, and the front area of the hotel we had last time.
