Niall we were at Toughers for Breakfast a few year ago with an English Visitor(Friend of mine)we came up off the Motorway and down to the old roundabout took the roundabout doing about 60 and up the old road to Toughers like the Clappers we were then joined by a member of the Garda in a TRansit Van who wasn't amused that he couldn't keep up with us he reckoned we were doing a 100+😲we all got a good Bollocking from said Garda who said he'll catch us someday😉
BTW the Locals we're telling us afterwards the said Garda was on his way to Set Up his Sunday Morning Speed TRap for Speeders on that stretch of road.
When I arrived there was a Mulla in a Jeep taking up nearly 2 Spaces so had no choice but to park the way I did as for Dave he just dumped his TR when he arrived and ran for the Scram.
Great day Niall and hopefully we can return when Chris finishes the DIY work and view the interior. Having seen it in the mid 1990's before Major Chomley Harrison left it to the Irish State it is well worth seeing it .. Alan

Well we had a few more than expected but as they say "the more the merrier"

Emo House was Closed due to ongoing restoration work,Chris said he's working on it and TRish said it'll be a while before it Opens so😂😂😂
Sounds like a plan going down the m7 to Emo,and then returning through Monasetrevin, Rathangan Curragh,and rejoin the M7 and home.
Some others might have other suggestions.
Right Folks the arrangements for the BH Breakfast Run are as follows.....we will be meeting in Toughers Reastraunt for a 10am Breakfast and leave about 11ish from there we will travel over to Emo House on the M7 as it's only about a 1/2 Drive we'll spend some time at Emo then head Home through the back roads(Rathangan)or back by the M7 again the choice will be yours on the Day.
Anyone wishing to join us is more than welcome you know where we'll be,Cheers and Enjoy.
