  • a win so!

    • Well worth it 👌

  • Two questions, DC:

what specifically is the difference - starts easier, quicker?

    how much( roughly!)

    ta PiBren

    • Much faster turn over less draw on battery.  Much lighter and smaller.  Robsport cheapest 225 sterling plus vat .

Fitted a high torque starter to the 7V8 this morning.  The difference is unreal.  A bit expensive but we'll worth the money.

    • Great improvement

    • Yeah I love them, bit pricey as you say and as everything seems to be nowadays but superb performance. Light, small and really throws the thing over. Most anything will start in some fashion if you can get a bit of juice into it and a starter good enough to throw it over well. Isnt the difference in weight unreal?

    • Worth the money 💰

  • As we all know the prep is the secret, 100%......and that's where I may, i say just May fall down......as my old school reports used to say with consistent regularity Must TRy harder!

    • Sure one could prep to the max and still there will be little bits you'll think..how in the name of jaysis did i miss that!!...this job is no different but i'm mostly happy with the results
