Hi all,
Please see attached agenda for tomorrows meeting. The commitee have come up with a proposal to trial run the herald Ezine alongside the hardcopy herald. We see this as a fair proposal that will make all interested parties happy and we are optimistic it will be accepted by members.
In the event it is not accepted, a private ballot on the future of the herald will be held tmrw morning so we can put this issue to bed once and for all as it has rumbled on for way to long and i'm sure we can all agree on that. I will attach the details of this proposal and the 2 options on the 'backup ballot' paper now. As always, the higher the attendance tmrw the better!! See you all then.
